The location is convenient for those arriving by bus, with easy access from the ADO bus station. the hotel is also situated close to the lake, providing guests with a beautiful view. the rooms are spacious and stylishly furnished, with comfortable beds.
Some aspects could use improvement, such as the cleanliness of the kitchen and pool, and the limited breakfast selection.

Having easy access to Iglesia San Joaquin and being really close to fort san felipe bacalar. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like La Pina that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Free parking was provided to the guests

We loved the spacious and stylish king suite with a large terrace and comfortable bed. It was located in a decent area, with easy access and parking. Additionally, it was close to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Lastly, breakfast was good enough to start the day!

Great location for exploring Bacalar. Comfortable bed and cold AC. Stylish and spacious king suite. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy access from ADO bus station. Spacious rooms with kitchen and living area. Good access and parking. Friendly staff and good breakfast

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the spacious rooms that were equipped with a large living area and a kitchen. The location was ideal, being within walking distance of key points of interest around the town. The staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating as well, making my stay all the more comfortable.
There were a few aspects I didn't appreciate as much. The breakfast was quite basic and the service was slow.
